The Alliance seeks trail builders for the design and construction of 3 miles purpose-built, bi-directional trail that caters to individuals using mountain bikes while offering opportunities for a range of activities, providing access for hiking, running, and other non-motorized outdoor uses
Due to project changes, the bid submittal deadline has been pushed to April 1, 2026. Proposed construction start is Spring of 2026.
