FRIGHT RIDE 2025
BOO-CYCLE FUND RUN ON OCTOBER 25TH
Join us for a spooky season ride that’s fun for the whole family and supports your local trails!
This festive community event features family-friendly activities, haunted courses to explore, and plenty of ways to join the fun—from racing laps to decorating bikes and parading through Riverstone. Riders can give what they can or find sponsors to pledge per lap (or make a flat donation), with all proceeds directly benefiting the Lake City Trail Alliance and its work to build and maintain the trails we all love. Please remember, this is a community fundraiser and all riders participate at their own risk. Helmets are required for every ride, and night riders must have working front and rear lights.
Registration will be available on the day of the event, but we strongly encourage riders to register in advance so we can plan for bibs, age groups, and spooky surprises! Prior registration helps our volunteers and ensures a smooth start for everyone — plus it gives you more time to gather pledges and get your bike ready to roll.
Your sponsorship or pledge makes a meaningful impact and helps us create an event full of energy, excitement, and spooky fun. Join us today to cheer on the riders, amplify your support for trails, and be part of a growing tradition that keeps our community connected.

Awards Ceremony (4:30 PM)
We’ll celebrate riders who went the distance! Awards are given by age division, with special recognition for top lap counts and spirited participation.
Bike Decoration Contest (5:00 PM)
Unleash your creativity! Transform your bike into a rolling piece of Halloween art — pumpkins, cobwebs, glow sticks, and spooky themes encouraged. Prizes will be awarded for categories like Spookiest Bike, Funniest Bike, and Best Family/Team Theme.
Riverstone Bike Parade (6:00 PM)
Join the community ride through Riverstone! This fun, all-ages parade showcases decorated bikes, costumes, and lots of Halloween cheer. It’s the perfect chance to show off your creations and wrap up the day in style.
Adult Night Ride (7:15 PM)
When the sun sets, the real thrill begins. Riders 18+ can hit the forest course for a spooky night ride. Headlamps and bike lights are required. This is an unofficial ride — participants ride at their own risk. A great way to test your nerves, your lights, and your legs under the moonlight.
