Design & Construction of 3 miles of MTB Singletrack
The Alliance seeks trail builders for the design and construction of 3 miles purpose-built, bi-directional trail that caters to individuals using mountain bikes while offering opportunities for a range of activities, providing access for hiking, running, and other non-motorized outdoor uses
Due to changes at the USFS, the bid submittal deadline has been pushed to January 15, 2026. Proposed construction start is Spring of 2026.

A Tour of Empire Trails in Spirit Lake, IDAHO
Thank you to Inland Empire Paper for inviting us to tour the Empire Trails in Spirit Lake. IEP employee Paul Buckland explained some aspects of forest sustainability and how they are committed to public recreation opportunities on their private land. Along with Evergreen East, we were joined by several of the local folks from Bike Spirit Lake involved in creating the trails. Thank you so much for having us!
